The bottom half is easy because it's in the main bearing cap. The top half is a bit harder because you have to use a stiff wire to push the old one out and around the top of the crankshaft.

So then I got some parts from rockauto.com and had the seal replaced. The seal was under 20$. I had to order 2 Gaskets for the Exhaust manifolds 14$/pc.
